1 in 400 trillion

Have you ever looked at the life of someone who seems to have reached the "goal" destination in relation to the path you've desired to take – then when you listen to everything they have had to go through, you decide to withdraw a little to avoid becoming a candidate for the same type of challenges? I know I have.
Or sometimes you are not necessarily scared by the challenges beforehand but once you start you feel a little overwhelmed and you want to back out because you feel "this might not be for you after all"...
Take a moment to think of the injustice you would be doing to yourself by going to the grave at the end of your life some day without exploring every ounce of potential you have within you. We also have the parable of the talents in Matthew 25 v 14 – 29 that indicates that God expects us to tap into everything He has placed within us and make use of it instead of staying in our comfort zone to avoid the struggle or embarrassment (cringe) that sometimes comes with trying.
Scientists have said that the probability that you would be conceived at the exact same time, to the exact same parents with the exact same DNA that you carry is one in four hundred trillion.
One in four hundred trillion.
I need you then to understand that no matter how you may feel about how you came into this world or anything that you may have done that you are not proud of, or even anything that you may have gone through to make you feel a little inadequate, you are not a mistake. One in four hundred trillion chances and you coming out as you are does not sound like a mistake. Surely this means that we should shake off any fear and disappointments and decide to walk in our purpose with stubborn faith. You might be aware of the saying that goes:
(regardless of how you may feel)
Your life is a gift from God
What you do with it is your gift back to Him.
Perhaps, in light of the facts above, we owe it to both our Creator and to ourselves not to cruise on autopilot and take life as it comes, but rather to live with the intention that we are going to maximise every opportunity to explore all that lies within us. Whether you realise it yet, or not, you have a goldmine that lies within you waiting to be tapped into.
Everything that you are, and all the experience you have come across in your journey is not just for you, but for the touching of other lives along the way.
Please allow me to remind you that none of the things you've encountered mean your life no longer has a purpose. The Bible has stated that weapons will arise, they will be fashioned against us, but as long as we consistently surrender all to God, those weapons will not prosper (Isaiah 54 v 17). The consistently here means that our entire lives will be surrendered to God, instead of us pulling Him out like a magic trick when we need an instant miracle.
The breath that you still have in your lungs means He is not done with you yet. If you would look back at all that He has helped you overcome, you are sure to see the trail of His footsteps next to you.
You might be the very person that is called to change cycles that have been part of your family (or community) for generations. If you continue to try, even when you stumble, you will eventually meet with your purpose and thrive. The key is to decide that with hard work and God by your side, you will never stop trying or looking for alternative ways to get to your intended destination, even when faced with fear along the way. We should fear remaining as we are more than we fear what awaits us on the other side of trying.
